|
| Can I put the page in my printer with the Interleaf tissue still attached? |
Yes you can. How depends on which printer you have. 95% of the time the tissue will follow out after the printer; but most photographers find it easier to remove the tissue before putting the page into the printer.
Idea!. The tissue has a thin bead of adheasive holding it to the page, carefully apply a little heat from a hair dryer to the area of the adheasive, that will allow you to remove the tissue without damage. When you have done your printing you can put the tissue and page back together again.
|
| When I print onto the pages, I do not get the colours I see on the Screen? |
You need to do a screen to printer test, make a test print in Photoshop with known colours and also a Grey scale on it and print it out. Then look at it to see how true the colours are to the screen. Then adjust the print in the Image -Adjust - Colour Balance. When the output image and the screen image look the same, those are your settings.
Idea!. Why not save the colour balance adjustment as a Photoshop ACTION?
|
| Can I print onto Interleaf Tissue? |
Yes you can. First remove the tissue from the page, then feed it into the printer as normal. You can print both Images and Words. The paper type should be for 'Overhead Transparensy', because you want very little ink put onto the page Experiment! It also will take a while for the ink to dry, so have patience..
Idea!.I found when printing words, the outlines were sharper using a DTP program like Adobe InDesign, this also allowed me to control the density of the type setting to a lower per sent percentage grey.
